The Two Types of Judgement
When one is going about their day, and even within the parameters and scope of your life, you are forced to make many decisions about many things. In order to achieve these decisions, some minor and some life altering, one has to judge for themselves if this thing is good or bad, no? This is the beginning of a potential pitfall, however, that we can become trapped inside of.
I know that I have fallen victim to this trap many times in my life and it takes a constant alertness, or power of presence to establish when I may have slipped into the wrong form of judgement.
There are two types of judgement, one which I refer to as 'natural' and one which I refer to as 'unnatural'. Unnatural judgement comes from the idea that something is right or wrong, good or bad. It stems from the idea that there is such a thing as 'better than' or 'less than'. This idea creates separation and splits you from integrating yourself into oneness.
The other type of judgement is 'natural' judgement. In this form of judgement you are not really judging, instead you are getting in touch with your feeling power. Your feeling power, or intuition, will always guide you in every decision you make. I refer to this process as discerning that which is for your highest good and that which is not. There is no judgement in this case, no deciding if something is good or bad, merely discerning whether or not it will benefit or hinder you.
Despite the fact that many of us know the difference, we find ourselves in a constant state of unnatural, or man made judgement. You judge what he or she is doing with their free time, you judge whether or not their attire is appropriate, you judge this person's hair, that person's car, this shirt by it's brand name tag, that house by the neighborhood it's in, and on and on it goes. This is a form of judgement made soley by the mind, but utilizing unconscious-repressed emotional energy. In other words, these judgements stem from your unconscious beliefs and emotional wounds from the past. Do you really want to decide if something is a good or bad thing from this space? I don't! And yet, I know that sometimes I do.
To reclaim your natural judgement you must create the power of presence in your life. You can do this by taking some moments out of the day to just take a breath. For a moment, perhaps two, forget about all of your bills, forget about who needs you to do this thing or that thing, forget about your deadlines, forget about trying to figure out your life, forget about needing someone or something to fulfill you, and just take a breath. And, if you want to get really risque you might actually try meditation for 15-20 minutes per day.
It doesn't happen overnight, but the amazing rewards of allowing your feeling power to guide you in your decision making process is the road to ultimate riches, both literally and figuratively. In this instance, taking time out to do nothing, creates more time to do everything. Wouldn't it be nice to throw in those paddles with the worn handles from years and years of furiously paddling, and instead allow the current to take you to your destination? Wow, to me that sounds luxurious! I mean, don't get me wrong, it's fun running in circles hitting my head against the wall trying to force everything to happen in my life....but, maybe it would be nice to allow my higher source to create for me...hmmmm. Yes, I think so. And, I think you do too.
In this way, your natural judgement, which is really discernment, can begin to guide you through your life decision making process. And, you will experience exponentiated results as well as reclaim your health, vitality, and vigor of life! Eventually, you will lead a 'point and click' life where you can create everything you want on command. Your feeling power is your natural guidance to the most fulfillingly blissful existence that you can imagine. Reclaim it now by taking time out to get in touch with it. Like a loyal puppy, give it a little attention and it will give you a lifetime of fulfillment.
